I enjoy Jeppson’s and FEW Spirits in Illinois, and Michigan’s Journeyman, Evernorth, New Holland, and Iron Fish and Mammoth Distilling brands. I don’t shy away from the big names, and love finding bottles that share mash bills and distilling processes with some of the most known names out there.
